If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

We keep contact form submissions for a certain period for customer service purposes, but  do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes.

Hits247fm.com, at times received content by our DJ’s or syndication that is protected and never sent in any other form other than for broadcast.  Information and data in encrypted and stored for a short time after broadcast and with permission, logged for podcast or on demand by the sender on their respectable website that may be held off server by names platforms i.e. Mix-cloud, Soundcloud, Spotify, Anchor.fm or more.  We do not host the data but provide 3rd party links with permission’s

Regarding advertisers, All content is either created by them or hits247fm.com with permission and not release without consent. Prior to broadcast, all parties agree and hits247fm.com will not be held liable for any errors, broadcast dates, or skipped broadcasts due to miss-communication or last minute changes. 

What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data:

Any calls to the studio line, incoming may be used for on air play or marketing.  We may use this for testimonials, commercials, or promotion of hits247fm.com  By calling our studio line and or speaking or leaving messages, you are aware of this prior to calling based on this disclosure.
