This is exactly what Microsoft is looking for in its alliance with the Italian fashion house Salvatore Ferragamo. The initiative will offer an improvement in the personalized online service, for those who want to enjoy the avant-garde presented by the Tramezza footwear line, designs that every day increases their presence in the closets of the followers of Ferragamo creations.

New technologies in the luxury of Salvatore Ferragamo Together with Microsoft and Hevolus, the brand will offer a 3D customization service for its Tramezza men’s footwear line, this innovative initiative will not only be online, since physical stores will also have this alternative. The launch will be carried out through exclusive events in stores in more than 15 countries, as reported by Micaela le Divelec Lemmi, creative director of Salvatore Ferragamo.


Microsoft and the Italian brand will offer a personalized service, which was achieved by Microsoft’s new Cloud Computing and Mixed Reality technologies. Users will have an immersive experience where they can choose not only the style of shoes (Baron, Barclay, Brighton, Ronald), but the materials (Betis, suede, crocodile skin, lizard, crocodile nubuck), the color, the sole and the buckle.


Silvia Candiani, executive director of Microsoft Italia, affirms that “Salvatore Ferragamo’s experience confirms the increasingly central role of new technologies fused with luxury and fashion, an area that makes tradition and craftsmanship its pride. ” This new service is part of the digital transformation focused on innovating in customer service, as defined by Micaela le Divelec Lemmi, creative director of Salvatore Ferragamo.

Another bet that joins the technological advances of the Italian clothing and footwear brand, such as the recent virtual presentation at Milan Fashion Week, are the actions on social networks such as the integration of a video game or the Augmented Store 360, a shopping platform that allows you to browse its stores and visit the Ferragamo Museum from your electronic devices.
